Over the past ten years, ArGroup has developed an E.R.P. that com integrate, coordinate and support the company's many activities. The considerable investments in this department have transformed the computer system into a strategic tool for improving the quality of the data flow and the use of the computer equipment, optimising the processes and consenting the use of Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

There has been a strong drive towards integration of the system with the processes and the plants and this provides immediate Key Performance Indicators (KPI), support for all the in-house managers, operational controls andactivities of Business intelligence.

Technical Office:
Project Management – Strong integration with the platform PDM/PLM

Logistics and Warehouse:
Tracking of Batches – Radiofrequency and barcodes – logical automation control
